Audience mics always allowed; Soundboards with permission of the band

On 8/18/04, James R. Currier sent the following email granting permission for Bellyfull:

Hello,

I work with a local band here in Charlotte, NC, we were wanting to add our live shows to the archive. We have already added ourselves to the bands page with our recording policies and are ready to upload flac files of a more recent show. Is there anything further we need to do for the archive to allow our live recordings to be traded in the community?
